Get the App
All you need is a smart phone and the QR application for that phone. If you have an Android phone, it is likely the app is already pre-installed. If you have an iPhone, QR applications can be downloaded for free from the online App Store. When you see a code, activate the app, take a picture of the code, and your phone will do the rest.

Create your Own
There are many websites that will convert a standard URL into a QR code in the matter of seconds for free. If your farm has a website, for example, you could create a personal QR code that would direct people to your site. You could attach your code to your e-mail signature, or make it your Facebook profile picture. In the future you may want to “advertise” your farm, by creating a graphic for your tractor or semi.
